We have the pleasure to present our new range of brush less DC motors for electric boats and vehicles, designed and manufactured in our company Almott, Bulgaria.
Now is a unique opportunity to implement green solutions on a greater scale that will lead the sustainable transformation to limit climate change.
We make motors to our own design, we have our own patents. We offer our motors with the appropriate controllers tested and set up on our stands.
OD: 120 mm, 139 mm, 181 mm, 203 mm, 230 mm, and forthcoming 285mm and 355mm Nominal power: from 1,5kW, 24V to 200kW, 500V, and forthcoming up to 400kW at 800V Rotors (our own design): 8, 10, 12 and 16 poles for the different versions Stator with the hairpin technology that enables achieving smaller dimensions and high currents Housings are made of extruded aluminum tubes of type Al6082/T6, corrosion resistant; covers: made of 6000/7000 series aluminum alloy; there is also an option for additional anodizing of the material; Shaft: material AISI 431/ EN 1.4057; Encoders: we use RLS encoders; Resolvers: Tamagawa (Japan); Air or water cooling;We can also make the motors with a second (end of the) shaft, as well as with a double stator winding (managed by 2 controllers).
We design the motors according to our clients’ technical specifications, so everything will be made according to your specifications –gearboxes, including mounting, type of shaft, powder coating, additional anodizing if you wish.
